These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website.  

These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website (“you”, “your” or “user”), including without limitation each user who registers as contemplated below (“registered user”). By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register Now or Sign Up” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that

 

Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase of Julz Shoes products. If you are not completely satisfied we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or voucher/refund.

General Returns

You are welcome to exchange any unwanted products provided that:

  • We offer 30 days returns/exchanges and 14 day refunds for any products purchased online. Returns can be lodged on the website through the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website.
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The goods are unused and undamaged
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Julz Shoes reserves the right to refund a purchase if pending fees, accounts or agreements are to be settled between the business and customer or merchant. As a security measure, any standing/pending orders will be placed on hold until outstanding agreements are settled between the business and party/s involved. 

SALE ITEMS: No returns or refunds on sale items will be accepted, however an exchange for a different size or colour of the same value may be requested within 30 days of purchase or a voucher can be issued to the value of the sale item which can be used on the website at a later stage.

Orders + Payment & Coupons

Placing goods in a shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such goods, and as such, good may be removed from the shopping basket if stock no longer is available. You cannot hold Julz Shoes liable if such good are not available when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase cycle at a later stage.

You acknowledge that stock of all Goods on offer are limited. In the case of Good for sale by Julz Shoes, Julz Shoes will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that offers thereof are discontinued on the website. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after placing an order, Julz Shoes will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount payable by you for such Goods, or be offered a replacement or voucher.

How to return your goods for a return/exchange

Please send the goods back to Julz Shoes, 48 Main Road Walmer, Port Elizabeth and ensure your name and order number are inside the box for an quick and easy return/exchange

 

With regards to an exchange we will cover the costs of sending the replacement once we have received the shoe back at the warehouse.
